Meet Our Founder
Dr Jennifer Smith graduated from King's College London in 2013 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery, building a strong foundation in facial anatomy, precision, and patient care.
Over the past 13 years, she has worked across dentistry and aesthetic medicine in both the UK and Australia, with a growing focus on skin health, facial rejuvenation, and hair restoration.
Jennifer believes that healthy skin is about more than treating what you see on the surface. She takes time to understand each person's concerns and creates personalised treatment plans that support healthier skin and natural-looking results.
She continues her postgraduate studies in dermatology to stay up to date with the latest developments in skin health. She also has a longstanding interest in natural medicine and acupuncture, recognising that our skin often reflects what is happening within the body.
Jennifer founded ŌRIUM to create a calm, welcoming space where patients feel listened to, cared for, and confident in their skin.

Meet Dr Jennifer Smith
Meet Orium's Founder
Dr Jennifer Smith graduated from King’s College London in 2013 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery, providing a strong clinical foundation in facial anatomy, function, and patient care. She has been practising dentistry for over 13 years and has worked in facial aesthetics since 2017, alongside ongoing postgraduate training in aesthetic and regenerative medicine.
Her work is shaped by an understanding of the face as a functional system, influenced by structure, muscle activity, skin quality, and ageing over time. Rather than focusing solely on surface changes, Dr Smith takes a long-term, medical approach to facial ageing, recognising how patterns of movement, stress physiology, and biological change contribute to how the face looks and functions.
Alongside her clinical practice, she is developing Mode by Orium, a body of research investigating how internal states and cognitive patterns influence biological signalling, adaptation, and the trajectory of ageing.
Her approach is grounded in careful assessment and ethical clinical judgement, ensuring treatments are purposeful and aligned with long-term facial health.
